• Referrix is a platform that allows family physicians to view specialist availability and wait times.
• Specialists can update their availability status, wait times, and referral radius.
• No medical referrals are sent through the platform; patient information is not collected or stored.
• You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose.

4. Restrictions

• You may not use the website to impersonate other users or gain unauthorized access.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website or its services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on Referrix are owned by Referrix and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Referrix provides information about specialist availability as-is. We do not guarantee that a specialist will accept a referral or appointment. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Referrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without notice. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
